These rules apply when you use Shuttle Circuit. By using the service, you agree to follow them.

Using Shuttle Circuit
You may use Shuttle Circuit to find or host badminton games, publish or find tournaments, manage a player profile and use the scoring tools. Give accurate information, protect your account and follow the law. Do not pretend to be someone else, publish false listings, copy data in bulk, bypass security, harass people or put anyone in danger.
Organizer and player responsibility
Hosts and organizers are responsible for venue permission, court bookings, player eligibility, schedules, prices, prizes, refunds, safety and local laws. Players should check important details before travelling or paying. We may remove unsafe, illegal, old or false content and may restrict accounts that misuse the service.
Venues, directions and booking
Google Maps venue results, directions, links, phone numbers and business status are for information only. Shuttle Circuit does not guarantee that a court is open or available and does not book it for you. Contact the venue or its booking provider to confirm the time and price.
Google Maps terms
Venue search uses Google Maps Platform. By using it, you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, the Google Maps Platform Terms, and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. Google Maps content is covered by Google's terms and attribution rules.
Your content
You keep the rights to your content. You allow Shuttle Circuit to store, format and show it so we can run and promote the listing or profile you publish. You confirm that you have permission to provide that content.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause or stop. Where the law allows, Shuttle Circuit is not responsible for user conduct, organizer promises, venue operations, injuries, lost property, payments handled by other companies or indirect losses. These terms do not remove any right or liability that the law says cannot be removed.
Contact and updates
Questions can be sent to shuttlecircuit@tethrex.com. Updated terms will show a new effective date. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the new terms.
